Terms: Payment due in full day of auction by cash or check. No Buyer’s Premium. All items sold AS-IS. No online bidding offered for this auction. No firearms onsite until day of auction. All items in auction belong to one single estate, who will remain in possession throughout transaction until ownership is transferred. Alabama residents must have valid photo ID and sign affidavit stating they are of both of legal right to own a firearm and are of legal age to purchase a firearm - 18 years of age or older on long guns and 21 years of age or older on others. Out of state residents must fall under same criteria AND are subject to background check and out of state shipment by local FFL dealer. Selling estate will deliver said item(s) to the local FFL who will then ship firearm(s) to purchaser at purchaser's expense. All items sold AS-IS. .
