A 10% non-refundable earnest money escrow deposit is due to Phillips Brothers Auctions at signing of purchase contract on BY 4:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 16TH, 2026 with the balance due within 30 days at closing. Seller will pay for deed(s) and a preliminary title search that has already been performed. Title insurance is available at the expense of the purchaser(s). Property taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. All other closing costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
