Auction Terms - Real Estate: A 10% non-refundable earnest money escrow deposit is due to Phillips Brothers Auctions at signing of purchase contract on Wednesday, January 14th by 4:00 p.m. Central Time at Phillips Brothers Auctions, 2100 AL Hwy 101, Rogersville, AL, with the balance due within 30 days at closing. Online Real Estate Auction: A 2% online buyer’s premium will be added to winning bid price to create total purchase price. Seller will pay for deed and a preliminary title search that has already been performed. Title insurance is available at the expense of the purchaser(s). Property taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. All other closing costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Possession given at closing. All property and buildings are sold AS-IS.
