Personal Property Terms - Online Personal Property Bids: A 10% online buyer’s premium will be added to winning bid price to create total purchase price. Payment due in full onsite at pickup on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. by cash or check. Card payments may be made online or in person with additional 3.85% processing fee. All items sold AS-IS. Lauderdale County sales tax collected on this Auction (5.5%). All items sold AS-IS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Auctioneers and staff put forth their best effort to provide accurate descriptions related to manufacturer, condition, color, age, type, size, but accuracy of stated information is to be considered an opinion given to the best of our knowledge and not a guarantee. Many items are new-old stock and unused or still in new packaging. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if age, time, and environment have affected functional purpose. It is the buyer's duty to inspect. Please be prepared to take possession of your items at pickup. ALL ITEMS TO BE REMOVED BY 4:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH, 2025. This is an online only auction. Items are offered through ONLINE AUCTION ONLY, and Auction begins to close at the advertised time stated. Each item is set to close 18 seconds after the previous lot. Any bids placed on a lot WITHIN THE LAST 90 SECONDS of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time, resetting the time remaining back to 1 AND 1/2 minutes which will begin to count down again. This will continue until no additional bids are placed and the time expires. NOTE: EXTENDED BIDDING ON AN ITEM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND THE TIME REMAINING ON FOLLOWING LOTS. Each item has its own countdown clock, be sure to remain aware of the time remaining on your items of interest.
You may choose to place a "MAX-BID" on an item and the online system will place bids for you up to your highest bid offer. While online bidding is still live on an item, you also may increase your MAX-BID if you wish, or if you have been outbid you may place a new MAX-BID.
Shipping option: Shipping is available to lower 48 states at purchaser's expense on this Auction via USPS FLAT-RATE BOXES ONLY.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping Cost of appropriately sized USPS FLAT-RATE SHIPPING BOX as determined by Auction company,
PLUS handling fees at the rate of $5.00 for the first lot and $2.00 each for each additional lot. Any additional insurance required by purchaser is billed at the USPS quoted rate as charged by USPS.
TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED: First, pay your invoice online. Second, email info@phillipsbrothersauctions.com with an email titled SHIPPING REQUEST to a request a shipping quote for your purchases. You will be emailed a quote that you then must approve, then you will be invoiced a second time for the invoice shipping balance. No items will be sent without full payment of entire invoice with shipping costs. Shipped items will be postmarked within 5 business days of full payment of invoice and shipping costs, and a tracking number will be provided via email. PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS ONCE PLACED IN USPS POSSESSION.
