Terms: Payment due in full day of auction by cash or check. Credit Cards accepted with additional 3.85% processing fee. No Onsite Buyer's Premium for onsite bidders.
For Online Bidders: 5% Online Buyer's Premium for online purchases. For online purchases, invoices will be emailed after conclusion of auction & payment is to be made in full by wire transfer to PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS by 4:00 p.m. Central on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 (to accomodate for banking holidays).
No items released without paid invoice. No tax collected on any truck, bus, or trailer. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all taxes on purchases at the point of titling. If any farm equipment items are added to sale, County Farm Equipment tax collected on applicable items. Dealers & Resellers - to be tax exempt, we must have copy of your current tax resale ID accompanying payment at time of purchase. All items sold AS-IS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Auctioneers and staff put forth their best effort to provide accurate descriptions related to year, make, model, vin, condition, miles, or hours, but accuracy of stated information is to be considered an opinion given to the best of our knowledge and not a guarantee. It is the buyer's duty to inspect. Removal is by appointment during normal business hours Monday through Friday with a 24 hour appointment notice. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal of any and all items during allotted pickup times. Any disassembly to prepare equipment to load is the responsibility of the purchaser. No Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday loading. ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY 4:00 P.M. THURSDAY, APRIL 30TH. ****NO EXCEPTIONS****.
