Any bid placed within the last two minutes of any tract's ending time will extend the remaining bidding time back to two minutes remaining, and the clock will begin to countdown again. Any bid on any tract extends the bidding time on ALL TRACTS back up to two minutes. This will continue until two minutes have passed with no bids being placed on any tract and the time remaining has expired.
