You may pay in person and pickup your purchases at PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS ~ 2100 ALABAMA HWY 101 ~ ROGERSVILLE, ALABAMA 35652 on on Friday, April 3rd from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pickup is also available on Saturday, April 4th from 8:30 a.m. - 12 Noon. Then Monday, April 6th - Wednesday, April 8th by appointment.
Personal Property Terms - Online Personal Property Bids: A 10% online buyer’s premium will be added to winning bid price to create total purchase price. 5.5% Sales tax collected on applicable purchases. Payment due in full onsite at pickup on FRIDAY, APRIL 3RD between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. by cash or check. Credit / Debit Card payments may be made online or in person with additional 3.85% processing fee. Any unpaid invoices at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, April 3RD will automatically be charged to the purchaser's card on file. All items sold AS-IS. Please come prepared to pack, load and haul your purchases. All items sold AS-IS. MOST ITEMS IN AUCTION ARE PRESUMED TO BE "UNUSED NEW OLD STOCK", AND IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE HOW AGE MAY AFFECT USEFULNESS AND FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY ITEM. PICKUP DATE IS FRIDAY, APRIL 3RD between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., then by appointment on MONDAY, APRIL 6TH. ALL ITEMS TO BE REMOVED BY 4:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, APRIL 10TH, 2026, after which any items not picked up are considered abandoned. Phillips Brothers Auctions is agent for seller only.
This is an online only auction. Items are offered through ONLINE BIDDING ONLY, and Auction begins to close at the advertised time stated, with items closing 18 seconds apart. Any bids placed within the last 1 minutes of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time, resetting the time remaining back to 1 minute which will begin to count down again. This will continue until no additional bids are placed and the time expires. THE MAX-BID FUNCTION ALLOWS YOU TO PLACE YOUR HIGHEST BID ON AN ITEM AND LET THE PROGRAM KEEP YOU IN UP TO YOUR HIGHEST OFFER.
