You may pay for your purchases onsite at pickup on FRIDAY, MAY 22ND from 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. & SATURDAY, MAY 23RD from 9:00 A.M. to 12:NOON. Loading is by appointment thereafter. All payments are due in full by 12:NOON ON SATURDAY, MAY 23RD. Any unpaid invoices after that time will automatically be charged to the buyer's card on file. Payment may be made by cash or check. Card payments may be made online or in person with additional 3.85% processing fee. All items sold AS-IS. Lauderdale County sales tax collected on applicable items. All items are to be picked up by FRIDAY, MAY 29TH. All items sold AS-IS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. This is an online only auction. Items are offered through ONLINE AUCTION ONLY, and Auction begins to close at the advertised time stated. Each item is set to close 20 seconds after the previous lot. Any bids placed on a lot WITHIN THE LAST 60 SECONDS of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time, resetting the time remaining back to 1 minute which will begin to count down again. This will continue until no additional bids are placed and the time expires. NOTE: EXTENDED BIDDING ON AN ITEM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND THE TIME REMAINING ON FOLLOWING LOTS. Each item has its own countdown clock, be sure to remain aware of the time remaining on your items of interest.
You may choose to place a "MAX-BID" on an item and the online system will place bids for you up to your highest bid offer. While online bidding is still live on an item, you also may increase your MAX-BID if you wish, or if you have been outbid you may place a new MAX-BID.
Phillips Brothers Auctions as auctioneers reserve the right to reopen bidding on a lot in the event of a system malfunction.

Shipping option: Shipping is available to lower 48 states at purchaser's expense on this Auction via USPS FLAT-RATE BOXES ONLY.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping Cost of appropriately sized USPS FLAT-RATE SHIPPING BOX as determined by Auction company,
PLUS handling fees at the rate of $5.00 for the first lot and $2.00 each for each additional lot. Any additional insurance required by purchaser is billed at the USPS quoted rate as charged by USPS.
TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED: First, pay your invoice online. Second, email info@phillipsbrothersauctions.com with an email titled SHIPPING REQUEST to a request a shipping quote for your purchases. You will be emailed a quote that you then must approve, then you will be invoiced a second time for the invoice shipping balance. No items will be sent without full payment of entire invoice with shipping costs. Shipped items will be postmarked within 5 business days of full payment of invoice and shipping costs, and a tracking number will be provided via email. PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS ONCE PLACED IN USPS POSSESSION.
