Individual Soft Close Auction: Bidding is set to end at advertised date and times. A bid placed within the last two minutes of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time remaining on that item back to two minutes, and the clock will begin to count down again. NOTE: For these items, each lot has it's own clock, and the extension of one item does not affect the closing time of any other items.
Personal Property Terms - Online Personal Property Bids: A 5% online buyer’s premium will be added to winning bid price to create total purchase price. Payment due in full by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 6th by cash or check. Pickup is by appointment Wednesday, May 6th - Friday, May 8th. All items to be removed by May 8th. Credit / Debit Card payments may be made with additional 3.85% processing fee. Any unpaid invoices at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 6th will automatically be charged to the purchaser's card on file.
