You may pay in person and pickup your purchases at PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS ~ 2100 ALABAMA HWY 101 ~ ROGERSVILLE, ALABAMA 35652 on on Friday, June 26th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pickup is also available on Monday, June 29th by appointment.
Personal Property Terms - Online Personal Property Bids: A 10% online buyer’s premium will be added to winning bid price to create total purchase price. 5.5% Sales tax collected on applicable purchases. Payment due in full onsite at pickup on FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. by cash or check. Credit / Debit Card payments may be made online or in person with additional 3.85% processing fee. Any unpaid invoices at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, JUNE 26TH will automatically be charged to the purchaser's card on file. All items sold AS-IS. Please come prepared to pack, load and haul your purchases.
