Auction Terms - Real Estate: A 10% non-refundable earnest money escrow deposit is due to Phillips Brothers Auctions at signing of purchase contract on day of auction with the balance due within 30 days at closing. No Buyer’s Premium for onsite bidders. Seller will pay for deed(s) and a preliminary title search that has already been performed, and a preliminary pest inspection that has already been performed. No other inspections have been performed. Title insurance is available at the expense of the purchaser(s). Property taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
