5% Buyer's Premium for this online auction. Invoices will be emailed after conclusion of auction & payment is to be made in full by cash, check, or wire transfer to PHILLIPS BROTHERS AUCTIONS by 12:00 p.m. Central on Saturday, July 18th, 2026. No items released without paid invoice.
You may pay in person at pickup with cash, check, or card (card payments add 3.85% processing).
3.75% Farm Equipment sales tax collected on applicable items. No tax collected on Trucks or Trailers. Dealers & Resellers - to be tax exempt, we must have copy of your current tax resale ID accompanying payment at time of purchase. Out of state purchasers: to have Alabama sales tax removed, your 3rd party shipper must provide a Bill of Lading with Federal Motor Carrier Number stating the Alabama site as the pickup location with your out of state location as the drop off location.
All items sold AS-IS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Auctioneers and staff put forth their best effort to provide accurate descriptions related to year, make, model, vin, condition, miles, or hours, but accuracy of stated information is to be considered an opinion given to the best of our knowledge and not a guarantee. It is the buyer's duty to inspect.
Loading & Pickup is Friday, July 17th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 18th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and by appointment thereafter. No Sunday loading. All items are to be removed by Friday, July 24th. Loading the week of July 20th - 24th is by appointment with 24 hour notice. Any disassembly to prepare equipment to load is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any loading that auction company deems excessively complex may be subject to additional service fee of $200 per hour after the first hour of free service. No Sunday loading. ALL ITEMS TO BE REMOVED BY JULY 24TH UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. Titles or Bill of Sales for applicable items will be mailed 2 to 4 weeks after auction unless otherwise noted. Phillips Brothers Auctions is agent for the seller.
Sale order and ending times may change from original catalog posting. Extended bidding is active in this auction. A bid placed in the last minute of an item's closing time extends that items closing time back up to 1 minute remaining, and the clock begins to countdown again.
This is an online only auction. Items are offered through ONLINE AUCTION ONLY, and Auction begins to close at the advertised time stated. Each item is set to close 30 seconds after the previous lot. Any bids placed on a lot WITHIN THE LAST 60 SECONDS of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time, resetting the time remaining back to 1 minute which will begin to count down again. This will continue until no additional bids are placed and the time expires. NOTE: EXTENDED BIDDING ON AN ITEM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND THE TIME REMAINING ON FOLLOWING LOTS. Each item has its own countdown clock, be sure to remain aware of the time remaining on your items of interest.
You may choose to place a "MAX-BID" on an item and the online system will place bids for you up to your highest bid offer. While online bidding is still live on an item, you also may increase your MAX-BID if you wish, or if you have been outbid you may place a new MAX-BID.
Phillips Brothers Auctions as auctioneers reserve the right to reopen bidding on a lot in the event of a system malfunction.
